Broken Wrist Recovery Vlog 2: Blind Faith

In this second vlog, I show some progress in regaining wrist flexibility and share the spiritual lesson I gained from having a cast on–a lesson on faith! Leave a comment (watch until the end for an idea of what to say, if you need help with that).

Here’s the major parts of the video and their times, in case you can’t watch it all at once.

  • 00:00-00:45  Intro (45 seconds)
  • 00:45-04:15  Range of Motion and Improvements (3:30 minutes)
  • 04:16-17:58  Spiritual Lesson:  Blind Faith (13:42 minutes)

Here are the Scriptures I mentioned.

  • John 20:29–Jesus’ famous words to “Doubting” Thomas, “…blessed are those who have not seen yet have believed” (NIV).
  • Romans 4:20–“[Abraham] did not waiver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God” (NIV).
  • Mark 7:29-30 (24-30)–the Syro-Phoenician woman still believes despite being resisted and receiving nothing but Jesus’ word.
  • John 4:49-50 (46-53)–the synagogue ruler also still believes despite being resisted and receiving nothing but Jesus’ word.
  • Romans 10:17–“…faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ” (NIV).

Thanks for watching/reading!
